• When: Within 30 days of your purchase.

Picking the perfect machine is a big decision — and we want you to be thrilled! If your machine isn’t the one for you, we’re happy to exchange it. Your full purchase price can be applied toward another machine. Refunds are not available for sewing machines, but we’ll help you find the perfect fit!
