Please review the following policies and disclaimers to ensure that you understand how we are striving to bring you the best possible shopping and quilting experience possible.
To reserve your spot in one of our classes, you must pre-register and pay the fees at time of registration. We consider your enrollment to be a commitment to our teachers, so please double check class dates carefully before registering. Please pick up the necessary supplies prior to class.
Many of our classes have waiting lists. Therefore, if you're unable to attend your registered class, we ask that you notify us 72 hours in advance so we can offer your space to another student. Refunds, in the form of store credit, will only be issued with the proper cancellation notice.
Our classrooms are equipped with Pfaff and Babylock sewing machines for your use. If you prefer to use your own machine, just let us know at the time of registration.
We will gladly refund your money in full within 7 days of purchase, if your're not completely satisfied with your purchase. No refunds will be given after 7 days.
Because we are concerned with your online privacy, we ask for as little of your personal information as possible. That said, we do collect and maintain information about our online customers as outlined below:
We collect name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We use them only to process your order.
We may use contact information to reach you, if there is a concern with your order.
We stay in touch with our customers through email. You may opt out at anytime, although we hope you don't.
We never sell or share your email address or contact information with any third party...ever!
