Open Studio: Create for a Cause – Quilts of Valor Day

Join Us for a Day of Purposeful Sewing!

Decorative Stitch is proud to host the Stitching Sisters Quilts of Valor group for a special Charity Creation Day on Wednesday, July 30th, and you're invited to be part of it!

We’ll be stitching with purpose as we create blocks and quilt tops that will eventually become Quilts of Valor—beautiful handmade quilts presented to service members and veterans touched by war. It’s a meaningful way to give back, and we’d love for you to join us.

What’s Available:
Cutting tables
Ironing station
A couple of sewing machines available for use
Longarm assistance
An AccuQuilt cutting station to make block prep fast & easy

Whether you want to spend the whole day sewing or just pop in to make a block, your time and talent are appreciated. No experience with Quilts of Valor? No problem! This is a great opportunity to learn more, connect with fellow quilters, and contribute to a cause that matters.
